1. Bearing material
JB BEARINGS The rings and steel balls of external spherical bearings are made in line with the national standard GB/T 18254 "high-carbon chromium bearing steel". The high-carbon chromium bearing steel is vacuum degayed to improve the reliability of the bearing, reducing non-metallic impurities and reducing oxygen content, so the following characteristics are distinguished:
A、 high elastic limit, can withstand large local contact stress;
B、 high rolling fatigue strength, can repeatedly withstand large contact compliance;
C、 high hardness;
D、 good wear resistance;
E、 good toughness against impact load;
F、 the size is stable.

2. Bearing seat material
JB BEARINGS are made of gray cast iron, ductile cast iron, cold-rolled steel plate, carbon steel, stainless steel, engineering plastics, rubber and so on.
Gray cast iron has vibration absorption, attenuation performance is better than other materials, it is easy to get a variety of shapes through casting, with appropriate strength and other characteristics, is the most commonly used material for bearing housing. The grey cast iron is HT200.
