Inspection results If the bearing is found to have damage and abnormal conditions, it is necessary to find out the cause and formulate countermeasures. c. Raceway surface, retaining edge and rolling body have significant stuck injuries.
d. Cage wear is serious or rivet loosening is severe.
e. Raceway surface and rolling body are rusty and scarred.
f. Marked indentation and scratches on the rolling surface and rolling body.
g. Creep on the inside diameter surface of the inner ring or the outside diameter of the outer ring.
h. Overheated and discolored.
i. The sealing ring and dust cover of the grease seal bearing are seriously damaged.
